Seeing potential

Updated: Apr 22, 2020

Employees are one company's most valuable resource.
Once that company manages to bring all their inside value to light.

It happens rarely to see the value looking only at the surface. Mostly, the real value is hidden deep below. In order to bring that value to light, managers must be able to see more deeply, to see the potential.

But wait, their job isn't finished yet.

They still have to make a strong effort in order to bring all that value to light. This is leadership.

Is your company good at seeing the hidden potential? How did you manage to do that?
