Leaders bring out the best in people

If you bring out the best in people then you are a leader.

As a consequence of their environment, most people don't know what they are really capable of and go through their entire lives thinking they have limited capacities. And this has negative consequences on both their personal and professional lives.


A great leader is able to see one's potential, but also to bring it to light in order to achieve results that this person never knew s/he was capable of achieving.


Great leaders deliver more results with ordinary people than average ones do with top talents.
