Environment influences performance

If leaders want to grow employee performance:
First - they must understand the environment from which employees come from.
Second- they must eliminate those elements that have a negative influence on it (attitudes, behaviors, limited thinking).

Performance is a consequence of good behavior. A leader who understands that behavior is the mirror of the environment will manage to eliminate negative behaviors faster.
