WE SHOULDN'T CONFUSE CHARISMA WITH COMPETENCY. THE ONES THAT SEEK ATTENTION AND TITLES ARE NOT LEADERS, BUT IMPOSTORS.

Our society would be healthier if people were able to distinguish a person with charisma from a competent one. Charisma doesn't make our society evolve and nor our lives better.
