2 sides of performance

Team performance and individual performance rely on different factors. Individual performance requires hygiene factors such as self-worth, skills, clarity, support, feedback, security. Team performance requires organizational factors just as trust, competence, work division, energy, good attitudes, cohesion.

Leaders who want to grow high performing teams must focus on both sides. Focusing on individual performance only won't deliver results on long term while focusing on team performance only won't grow individuals to their full potential.
